MLD is unlike anything you’ve

ever experienced.

Beyond relaxation, MLD is employed for therapeutic purposes, especially in addressing conditions like lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, and some inflammatory disorders. Its specialized approach makes it a valuable option for those addressing lymphatic system-related health concerns.

Benefits of MLD Post Op

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a powerful tool in post-operative recovery, offering various benefits for enhanced healing. This specialized massage technique stimulates the lymphatic system, effectively minimizing swelling and promoting optimal recovery.

MLD expedites the removal of excess fluids and toxins, reducing common post-surgical issues like swelling and bruising. It contributes to overall comfort and accelerates the healing process.

Additionally, MLD supports the immune system, crucial during the vulnerable post-operative phase. By enhancing lymphatic circulation, MLD aids in transporting immune cells, strengthening the body’s defense against potential complications.

The gentle nature of MLD is ideal for sensitive or tender post-operative areas. Its light, rhythmic strokes promote relaxation and pain relief without stressing the healing tissues.

In summary, Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a highly beneficial therapeutic approach for post-operative recovery, addressing swelling, supporting immune function, and providing gentle relief.

can be added to your session this offers a soothing and natural way to alleviate post-operative discomfort and swelling. This homeopathic remedy, derived from the arnica plant, is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties. When applied topically, Arnica cream can help reduce bruising, minimize pain, and accelerate the healing process, making it a valuable asset in the recovery journey after surgery. Its gentle yet effective nature is appreciated by patients seeking a holistic approach to post-op care, as it poses minimal risk of side effects. Arnica cream provides a more comfortable recovery after surgery.

Dry Brushing $30
Dry Brushing becomes especially helpful to relieve “lipo Itch” usually this starts around the 2nd week post op and could last up to 4 months post op.

Dry brushing post-op can be a beneficial practice for various reasons. Following surgery, the body may experience decreased circulation and fluid retention, which can lead to swelling and discomfort. Dry brushing, a gentle and non-invasive technique, helps stimulate blood flow, encourage lymphatic drainage, and exfoliate the skin. By doing so, it may aid in reducing post-operative swelling, preventing the buildup of toxins, and promoting overall well-being.
